We ship via UPS, and offer free shipping on orders $350.00+.


Unpack with care! All products were carefully checked when packed. Most claims for shortage arise from items left in the boxes or thrown out with the packing material. If an order was received damaged, please be sure to make the delivery driver aware of it and make them notate it; otherwise damage claims may be refused.

We will accept all merchandise returned to us that is in new, resalable condition; however, all items must be returned within 14 days. A restocking of no less than 25% and shipping fee will be assessed on all returned merchandise. All return items must be sent to us prepaid. Shipping charges to the customer are not refundable. Returns will be give credit or replacement or a refund as requested, if no request is specified a credit will be placed on your account.

Orders that are refused or returned will only be reshipped after the customer has authorized us to do so. Any freight charges for redelivery will be added to the shipment in addition to the first shipping charges.
